A liberated life is a state of freedom, empowerment and authenticity. It involves breaking free from physical, emotional, psychological or societal restrictions that may hinder our growth, relationships and well-being. A liberated life embraces the aspiration to live aligned with our core selves, our values, in optimal health, in loving community and our capacity to navigate challenges with resilience, compassion and critical consciousness.
